Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for keeping track of all the tasks and ensure that they are completed on time.
- Check Inventory: You will be responsible for checking inventory and ensuring that we have enough stock to fulfill orders.
- You will be the main point of contact for our users. You will need to respond to their queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- You will be responsible for creating reports and records of new users. This will involve collecting data, organizing it, and presenting it in a clear and concise manner.
- You will be responsible for tracking shipments to ensure that they are delivered on time and to the correct address.
- You will be responsible for pushing tickets to invoicing once they have been completed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in operations coordination or a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
