**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify leads through **cold-calling, networking, and referrals.**:

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain **strong relationships with clients**to ensure repeat business and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in **B2C sales.**:

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Location** :Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

**Salary**: 12k - 15k +Incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
