ROLE: Associate Principal - SAP TAO

ROLE DESCRIPTION- The SAP Testing Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the testing activities for SAP projects, ensuring the delivery of highquality and reliable SAP solutions.- They will collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and testing resources to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts.- The Testing Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the functional and technical integrity of SAP systems, identifying defects, and driving their resolution to deliver successful SAP implementations and upgrades.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and manage the overall testing activities for SAP projects, including planning, coordination, and execution of testing efforts.- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to define test objectives, scope, and deliverables.- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test scripts to ensure maximum test coverage and adherence to business requirements.- Manage and coordinate testing resources, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of test focus to mitigate risks and prioritize testing efforts.- Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance tests to validate the functionality and performance of SAP systems.- Monitor and analyze test results, identify defects and discrepancies, and work closely with development teams to drive their resolution.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to facilitate user acceptance testing UAT and ensure successful signoff.- Manage testing environments, test data, and test tools to ensure they are properly set up and available for testing activities.- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.- Stay updated with the latest SAP functionalities, testing tools, and best practices to optimize the testing process.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- At least 7 years of experience in SAP testing, including experience in a lead or management role.- Must have managed, SIT, UAT, Performance testing and Regression testing- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and their integration points, preferably across multiple SAP functional areas.- Proficiency in defining test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for SAP projects.- Experience in leading and managing testing resources, including coordination and task assignment.- Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.- Willingness to travel as needed.- QualificationsSAP certification or relevant SAP modules.- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager for test management.
