Sharemarket Tele Caler

we are looking for a share market tele caller who has enough knowledge about share market and the following things

conditions;
1) staff should have experience in tele calling.especially in cold calling

2) Staff should complete daily call duration target of 1 hours including incoming and outgoing.staff will have time from 9 am to 9 pm to complete this duration.no calls should be made after 10 pm.if target not completed target there will be salary cut accordingly.

3) Staff will have a weekly income target of 10000 rupees, monthly target of 40000 rupees.if not completed target there will be salary cut accordingly.above 40000 income staff will get 5 percentage commission

4) This is a frequently asked question, what is the basic salary. answer is, if the above 2 conditions are not met staff will get only the remaining amount after all the cuttings.salary date is on 10th of every month

5) client may call back any time from 9 am to 9 pm.so staff should available to attend calls or else we will miss our opportunity, this is a strict condition

6) staff need to take a sim card to work with us.we will give the amount to recharge on salary date.sim card should not be used for personal calls.once staff stop work here it should be disconnected from name.
