We are looking for:
**Job Title: Admin cum Receptionist**
**Experience**:1 to 5 yrs
**Salary**:upto 16,000 to 20,000/- (Gross)
**Qualification**: Any Graduation
**Vacancy**: 01
**Position Summary: Answering calls, maintaining & tracking all the required lists, manual filing, all the records & maintaining attendance, Managing Housekeeping staff, support to visitors, Survillience tracking, Office Maintainance**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls & Maintain contact lists
- Order office supplies
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Greet and assist visitors to the office & Provide general support to visitors
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Resolve administrative problems
- Answer telephone calls and connect them in respective deptarments.
- Manage staff appointments.
- Maintain up-to-date employee leave records.
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
- Maintaining office decorum like employee uniform checking, avoiding noice on reception area, etc.
- Attendance Record & Track of Movement of People by attendance.
- Managing Housekeeping staff.
- Attend queries by employees & forward it to HR Department.
- Maintain Gate Pass Record.
- Maintain Leave Record
- Managing All Responsibilities related to Visitors like Snacks/Lunch
- Tracking all the survillience cameras daily.
- Prepare conveyance file.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
