**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs)**:

- Sales/Purchase/Invoicing:
Manage and oversee the sales, purchase, and invoicing processes.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales and purchase transactions.

Utilize Marg Software effectively to streamline sales and purchase operations.
- Monthly Sale Summary Reports:
Generate comprehensive monthly sale summary reports.

Analyze sales data and identify trends or anomalies.

Present reports to management for strategic decision-making.
- GSTR Filing:
Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax Returns (GSTR) accurately and timely.

Stay updated with GST regulations and amendments.

Liaise with tax authorities and resolve any queries related to GSTR filings.
- Office Runtime Expense Management:
Monitor and manage day-to-day office expenses efficiently.

Maintain records of office expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.

Implement cost-saving measures where applicable.
- Income Tax Returns Filing:
Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the organization.

Ensure compliance with income tax laws and regulations.

Coordinate with tax consultants or auditors as needed for income tax matters.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Marg Software is mandatory.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
