Hses Advisor

**Job Overview:
- Provide supporting role to HSES Supervisors and HSES Coordinator/Manager in the performance of their functions. Monitoring HSES Procedures implemented at the worksite, assisting in incident investigation and reporting and carry out HSES Project Activity Plan in timely manner and maintain record.**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- _Familiarization with all company and project specific HSES terms, requirements and project deliverables. _
- _Identification of applicable regulatory requirements specific to the scope of work including monitoring compliance. _
- _Ensuring HSES plans, procedures and instructions are implemented _
- _Facilitation of project HAZID’s and other risk reviews _
- _Assist in preparation and maintenance of Project Risk Register and Corrective Action Tracking _
- _Assist in HSES Prequalification of project subcontractors and vendors as applicable _
- _Assist in preparation of project HSES audit plans and conducting of audits _
- _Conducting reviews and audits of vessels, facilities or projects _
- _Assist in preparation and maintenance of Project HSES Activity Plans _
- _Assist in the initiation of HSES training needs analysis and coordination of implementation _
- _Provide SME support to company QHSES training department to include development and delivery _
- _Overseeing developed plans to meet project Objectives, Targets and Goals aligned to the Area _
- _Leading or participating as SME in Incident Investigations and reporting as applicable. _
- _Assist in the Review/Approval of subcontractors and vendors for equipment and services _
- _Conduct regular site or facility reviews _
- _Other duties connected with the HSES function, as directed by Supervisor or Manager, HSES. _
- _Responsible to familiarize with HSES Policies and procedures and ensure that all work related are done in a safe manner. Actively participate in all HSES Initiatives and Programs.**Essential Qualifications and Education:
- _Engineering/ Science Graduate with Degree/ Diploma in Safety _
