**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various projects including marketing campaigns, promotional videos, events, interviews, and more.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists that effectively communicate our message and brand identity.
- Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to capture professional-quality footage on location or in the studio.
- Edit raw footage to create compelling and visually appealing videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Enhance videos with graphics, animations, special effects, and sound design to elevate the overall production value.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all video content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve skills and stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage video assets, including organizing files, maintaining backups, and archiving footage for future use.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in various styles and formats.
- Proficiency in operating DSLR and/or cinema cameras, as well as knowledge of different camera techniques and equipment.
- Advanced skills in video editing software, including but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
- Excellent understanding of cinematography principles, composition, lighting, and audio production.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take direction, give feedback, and communicate ideas effectively.
- Attention to detail and a passion for storytelling, with a creative mindset and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or related field.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or visual effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Knowledge of color grading techniques and color correction tools.
- Experience with live streaming, drone operation, or 360-degree video production.
- Familiarity with audio recording and editing techniques, including syncing and mixing multiple audio sources.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
