1 Arranging raw materials
- 2 cost controlling in relation to customer budgeted
- 3 Review of production achieved against the target
- 4 Review of man power requirement and allotted
- 5 Review of rejections and initiating corrective actions
- 6 Preparing reports to the management
- 7 Identifying and providing required training to the employees
- 8 Initiating Continual Improvement plans
- 9 To represent in Production & CFT meeting on behalf of Fettling
- 10 Preparing reports to the management regarding the department performance 11 Following the safety practices and good house keeping practices
- 12 Implementing CAPA for production and rejection non-conformances
- 13 Achieving the production targets with rated quality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- Deputy Manager: 10 years (preferred)
