**Job Overview**:
As an Ecommerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in the online sales and marketing efforts of the company. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing various aspects of the ecommerce platform to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and increase online visibility. Your expertise in online retail, digital marketing, data analysis, and customer engagement will be essential in achieving the company's ecommerce objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Ecommerce Platform Management**: Manage and maintain the ecommerce platform, ensuring product listings, prices, and inventory are up-to-date and accurate.
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and work with the IT team to ensure seamless functionality.

Implement and update product categorization and navigation for an optimal user experience.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, promotional offers, and advertisements to drive traffic and conversions.

Utilize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze ecommerce website data, user behavior, and sales performance using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

**Customer Experience Enhancement**: Continuously improve the user experience on the website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive across different devices.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Conduct A/B testing and implement CRO strategies to improve conversion rates on the website.
Optimize product pages, checkout process, and other website elements to maximize sales.

**Inventory Management and Order Fulfillment**: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain adequate stock levels.

**Market Research and Competitor Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ecommerce.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce management and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, SEO techniques, and digital marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a seamless user experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic graphic design is a plus.
