- **Financial reporting**: Ensure financial reports are accurate, comprehensive, and submitted on time
- **Risk management**: Identify, assess, and control threats to the company's capital, earnings, and operations
- **Strategic planning**: Work with the CEO and board to develop strategies that align with the company's goals
- **Investment decision-making**: Help decide how to allocate capital and obtain debt and equity financing
- **Cost management**: Manage costs to help the company achieve its financial goals
- **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure the company complies with financial regulations
Reporting structure
- The CFO reports to the CEO
- The CFO works closely with the CEO to align financial strategies with the company's overall goals
Team management
- The CFO leads the finance and accounting team, which includes controllers, VPs of finance, accountants, bookkeepers, tax specialists, and data analysts
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
