**Client Service Executive - WNWCSE11042023**
- Manage communication to the clients.
- Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets.
- Meet clients for briefings and present proposals to clients for approval.
- Brief agency colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the client.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Long hours are common, and advertising staff are expected to work flexibly to meet project deadlines.
- Advertising account executives are office-based. They travel frequently for meetings, and may be expected to socialise with clients.
- Meeting clients to discuss strategy and report on progress.
- Responding to clients' requests as they arise.
- Taking part in pitches for new contracts
- keeping records and handling invoices.
- Raise tickets and pass them to the concerned person.
- Responsible for communication with the clients.
- Resolve service-related problems.
- A Manager primarily assists the project base team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- A Manager must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
- A Manager must be organised and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
- Due to the volume of communication that will be required with the client, the Project Coordinator must possess excellent customer service skills.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to the Sales or Domestic Removals industries.
