**Kannada Customer Service**

Location: Onsite at Mihan, Nagpur

Process Type**:Voice ( Kannada, Hindi & English)**

Experience: Fresher or 6 months experience (Preferable)

Qualification: Any Graduate/HSC

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹17,000 gross per month

Shift Duration: 8 hours

Shift Window: 10am - 7pm

Week Off Pattern: Rotational

Week Off Count: One week off

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues and inquiries.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide information about our products or services and address any questions or concerns.
- Assist in guiding customers through the presales process, offering relevant details to facilitate their decision-making.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Proficient in Kannada, English & Hindi.**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of pre sales processes and techniques is a plus.

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 1 year (preferred)

- Nagpur, Nagpur, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Nagpur, Nagpur, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
