Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned geographical area to achieve revenue and sales targets. This may include market analysis, identifying potential customers, and assessing competitive trends.

Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives within the designated area. This involves recruiting, training, coaching, and providing guidance to ensure the team meets their individual and collective sales objectives.

Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales and demand for barcode products in the area to ensure inventory and production plans align with market needs.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and end-users. Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the organization's product offerings, features, and benefits. Be able to communicate this information effectively to customers and your sales team.

Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Adapt the sales strategy as needed to stay competitive and meet customer demands.

Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers, showcasing the advantages of the organization's barcode products and solutions.

Sales Targets: Set individual and team sales targets and KPIs, and monitor progress toward these goals. Take corrective actions when necessary to ensure targets are met.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management, detailing sales performance, market insights, and future sales projections.

Budget Management: Manage the sales budget for the area, including expense control and resource allocation to maximize ROI.

Technical Support: Collaborate with technical support teams to address customer inquiries or issues related to product usage or troubleshooting.

Sales Promotions and Marketing: Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales promotions, campaigns, and advertising efforts to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliance.

Travel: This role often involves traveling within the assigned area to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and participate in sales meetings.

Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from customers and the sales team to identify areas for improvement in product offerings, customer service, and sales strategies.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
