Loader Operator

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in English**:(written and spoken): Strong communication skills are essential, especially when coordinating with customers, carriers and vendors.**:

- **Ability to accurately document key information from calls and respond effectively to urgent inquiries.**:

- **Basic knowledge of the USA trucking industry: A clear understanding of trucking operations is needed to manage Track & Trace activities.**:

- **Truck specs Knowledge: Familiarity with truck models, tire sizes, axles, airlines, trailers, and basic repair terminology is required (basic knowledge is mandatory).**:

- **Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate service terms and manage vendor relationships during emergency situations.**:

- **Coordination Skills: Excellent coordination between our shop, service teams, and customers to ensure a smooth and responsive workflow.**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Track & Trace: Monitor and coordinate our fleet's real-time movements, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
