Job Description of Assistant Operation Manager:
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all hospital operations.

Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective hospital operations.

Ensuring that all hospital operations meet or exceed regulatory and quality standards.

Monitoring and analyzing hospital operations data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Developing and managing the hospital budget, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting financial performance.

Managing and developing hospital operations staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Quality Improvement: Responsible for ensuring that the hospital delivers high-quality care to its patients.

Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives that focus on patient safety, clinical outcomes, and patient satisfaction.

Ensuring that all hospital departments are adhering to established quality standards and protocols.

Facilitating root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent adverse events and medical errors.

Monitoring and analyzing quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Patient Flow Management: Responsible for ensuring that patient flow through the hospital is efficient and effective.

Developing and implementing patient flow management policies and procedures.

Ensuring that all hospital departments are working together to optimize patient flow.

Analyzing patient flow data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Monitoring and improving patient satisfaction with the hospital's patient flow processes.

Staff Management: Responsible for managing the hospital's operations staff.

Hiring and training operations staff.

Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to operations staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,484.77 per month
