**Responsibilities**
- Curriculum Development : Design and develop training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and hands-on exercises. Keep the curriculum up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java and related technologies.
- Training Delivery : Conduct training sessions for individuals or groups, both in-person and through online platforms. Including college trainings
- Fundamental Concepts: Focus on teaching basic programming principles, object-oriented programming, and essential Java syntax. Emphasize problem-solving skills and algorithmic thinking.
- Customized Training**: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences, such as beginners, intermediate learners, or advanced developers.
- Assessment and Feedback: Design simple assessments and quizzes to evaluate the understanding of basic Java concepts. Provide constructive feedback to help freshers improve their coding skills.

**Skills**
- **Front-end Development**:

- **HTML/CSS**: Proficiency in building the structure and styling of web pages.
- **JavaScript**: Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features, DOM manipulation, and asynchronous programming.
- **Front-end Frameworks**: Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- **Bootstrap**
- **Back-end Development**:

- **Java**: In-depth knowledge of Java programming language, including Java 8 features and above.
- **RESTful API Development**: Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs using Java.
- **Database Management**:

- **SQL**: Strong command of SQL for database design, querying, and manipulation.
- **Database Systems**: Experience with relational database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- **ORM Frameworks**: Familiarity with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks like Hibernate.
- **Full Stack Tools**:

- **Build Tools**: Knowledge of build automation tools such as Maven or Gradle.
- **Version Control**: Proficiency in version control systems like Git for managing source code.
- **Web Servers**:

- **Front-end Technologies**:

- **Web Development Tools**: Familiarity with tools like npm, Webpack, or Babel for front-end development.
- **Responsive Design**: Knowledge of responsive design principles and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap.
- **Testing**:

- **Unit Testing**: Proficient in writing unit tests for both front-end and back-end components.
- **Testing Frameworks**: Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Jest, or Mocha.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
