We are seeking a talented and experienced Videographer to join our team. As a Videographer specializing in the political domain, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content to support our clients' political campaigns and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to conceptualize and execute visually stunning videos that effectively convey our clients' messages and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Video Production: Capture high-quality video footage of political events, rallies, interviews, and other campaign-related activities.
- Editing: Edit raw footage to produce polished videos that align with our clients' branding and messaging.
- Storyboarding: Collaborate with our creative team to develop storyboard concepts and shot lists for upcoming projects.
- Equipment Management: Maintain and manage your own equipment, ensuring that it is in proper working condition for all shoots.
- Post-Production: Enhance videos with graphics, music, and other visual elements to create engaging and impactful content.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and tailor video content to meet their specific needs.
- Adherence to Deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver final video assets within agreed-upon timelines.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about current events, political trends, and industry best practices to ensure that our video content remains relevant and effective.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably in the political domain. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production and editing is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs. Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative video concepts that resonate with target audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, especially when it comes to video composition, lighting, and sound quality.
- Equipment: Must own professional-grade video equipment, including camera, lenses, microphone, tripod, and lighting equipment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the scheduling needs of political campaigns and events.
- Political Awareness: Understanding of the political landscape and sensitivity to political issues and messaging.
