**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Develops and maintains business relationships with customer by provide effective support.
- Hand holding during Implementation & training as and when required.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems/complaints and Coordinates technical service groups.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
**Qualification and other requirements**
- Must be a Graduate from commerce/science/technical background
- Knowledge on salary related statutory, Individual Income tax calculations and employee related information (HRMS)
- Bright, energetic professional with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes, High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making and problem resolution skills.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
