**An experienced Physics educator who is familiar with the Maharashtra State Board curriculum for grades 11 and 12 is needed (First Year Junior College and Second Year Junior College).**
- Prerequisites for Teachers: Syllabi, lesson planning, and educational content creation based on a firm grasp of curricular needs and expectations.
- Taking into account each individual student's background, learning style, and skill level in order to tailor instruction and evaluation.
- Modifying class strategies in accordance with the needs of individual students.
- Making sure students are on track by asking them follow-up questions frequently and designing interesting, intriguing lessons. Supporting pupils who need it while stretching those who are at the top of their class.
- Using the most up-to-date findings and research in the field to inform teaching practises.
- Communicating concerns about students' progress to both the department head and the school's administration
- Leading labs and giving hands-on presentations. Maintaining an accessible channel of communication between faculty, administration, and students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 7-8 per week

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
