**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of a water infrastructure project. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment for the Senior Engineers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to the water infrastructure project.
- Ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
- Monitor and control the day-to-day operations on the construction site.
- Oversee the work of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Schedule and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to construction and environmental standards.
- Maintain strict quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of construction.
- Inspect and verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Address any issues or defects promptly to avoid delays and additional costs.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members to provide updates and address concerns.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, including work completed, issues encountered, and upcoming tasks.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all site activities.
- Identify and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Propose and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Certification in site supervision or construction safety (preferred).
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.
- Travel to various site locations as required.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI in Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,165.20 - ₹15,669.69 per month
