**Working Conditions**:
The Interior Site Supervisor primarily works on construction sites, overseeing projects that may vary in size and scope. This role requires being on-site, often exposed to outdoor elements and construction noise. The supervisor may need to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure project deadlines are met. Additionally, travel to different project sites may be required.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Plan, schedule, and oversee all interior construction activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, reporting any deviations and proposing solutions.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify defects, errors, or deviations from plans.
- Implement corrective actions and adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
- **On-Site Supervision**:

- Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff.
- Provide guidance, instructions, and support to on-site personnel.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for all on-site activities, liaising between clients, designers, and the construction team.
- Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, milestones, and any issues that may arise.
- Document and report on-site activities, including daily progress reports, photos, and updates.
- **Material Management**:

- Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials on-site.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure materials are used efficiently to minimize waste.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to procure materials as needed, ensuring timely delivery.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Identify potential challenges or obstacles and develop proactive solutions.
- Address any issues that arise during construction promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve problems to keep projects on track.
- **Client Relations**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the project.
- Address client concerns or requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and meeting project specifications.

**Salary**: ₹15,049.42 - ₹25,000.00 per month
