**Job Profile - Account Executive**

JOB TYPE - Full Time, Permanent

LCS India Pvt. Ltd is a service sector working in the area of fire safety and emergency response with an employee strength of about 200. We are pioneers in transportation safety and rendering Emergency Response Services to industries like Reliance, Nayara, Deepak Group, etc. in four states of India. The operation base of LCS is mainly in Vadodara, Gujarat, and a branch in NCR. The services offered by LCS, India are unique and the only facility available in Asia - Pacific region for Emergency Response Services on Road during incidents of Cargo carrying hazardous chemicals.

Job Location - New Alkapuri, Vadodara

Remuneration - CTC 1.80 to 2.50 LPA

**Responsibilities**:

- Calculating taxes and submitting tax returns to comply with the law
- Auditing financial documents to ensure they are accurate and maintaining the confidentiality of the financial data
- Suggesting financial policies and procedures based on the overall financial status of the organization
- Managing the company’s accounts to ensure on-time payment and overseeing the software system for financial needs
- Maintain the privacy of financial information, and when necessary, backup databases
- Rectify any anomalies or inconsistencies they discover in the company’s financial document
- Make and evaluate the organization’s year-end financial accounts
- Compose budget forecasts
- Responsible to handle accounts activity such as cash, bank, assets, various report generation, GST, Tally etc. Responsible to calculate salary / EPF / ESI / TDS workings. Responsible to do Bank Reconciliation on weekly basis. Responsible to pay monthly payment of Service Tax / PTO.

**Qualifications for Account Executive**:

- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- A business acumen
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
