B.TECH/BE
- Job Description- Experience in Post tensioning / Pre-stressing works.
- Experience in supervision of post-tensioning activities and aware of Pressure and Elongation requirements in post-tensioning works.
- Experience in supervision of post tensioned cable grouting works.
- Knowledge in Anchorage efficiency and Load Transfer test for Pre-stressing system.
- Knowledge in testing of Wedges, Bearing Plates, HT Strands and anchorage system accessories.
- Knowledge on HDPE Sheathing / Duct test. Awareness on FIP codal requirements.
- Experience in inspection of installation of elastomeric bearings and testing of Elastomeric bearings.
- Experience in Precast inspection works including inspection of reinforcement and shutters and knowledge in BBS.
- Experience in Precast inspection works including checking the profile of HDPE sheathing in Precast Girders.
- Experience in Supervision of Concrete works at Casting Yard.
- Experience / Knowledge in testing of Concrete and Concrete making materials.
- Experience in Concrete Mix Design.
- Experience in Laboratory testing (Aggregate, Cement, soil etc.,) and records.
- Experience in testing of Reinforcement, HT Strands etc.,
- Expertise in segment ring casting, TBM backfill grouting, Ring assembly, Segment repair, Segment stacking, Earth mat, water proofing, rock anchors, Tunnel lining grouts.
- Familiar in preparation of Quality Assurance plan - Design Quality Plan, Site Quality Plan, Manufacturing quality plans, method statements, work instructions & other Quality system documentation.
- Profound knowledge in interpretation of relevant codes and standards for the equipment, requirements of routine, type tests, system acceptance tests, installation, and commissioning experience.
- Thorough knowledge on associated hardware and software. Shall investigate failures if any and propose corrective actions through analysis of root causes.
- Conducting frequent Product Quality Audit
- On Job Training to workmen supervisor & Engineers
- ISO 9001 :2015 audit.
