Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver Service Level Agreement & KPI
- Manage & motivate a team Of Real Estate
- He/She must be responsible for generating sales with project specific enquiries.
- Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up effectively with client until closure.
- Get connected between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches in market and with competitors.
- Report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
- Reaching goals set, establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Maximize Productivity Monitoring calls, giving feedback, Preparing reports and report to

Management on areas of improvement.
- Conducting team meetings, pre/post/mid shifts,
- Create future prospects for company.
- To supervise the workload of the team, allocating team members to optimise sales target.
- Deliver the required volume of effective coaching.
- Manage the various promotional channels to successfully ensure sales targets

**Skillsets**:

- Should be able to achieve sales target..
- Should have the ability to facilitate sales team meetings, sales analysis, generate sales report and prepare MIS.
- Good selling and negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- FLUENT ENGLISH (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
