**Responsibilities**:
**Guest Services**:
- Greet and welcome guests aboard.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide information about ship amenities, schedules, and safety protocols.
**Dining Management**:
- Oversee dining arrangements, including reservations and seating.
- Coordinate meal services and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Address dietary restrictions and preferences.
**Event Coordination**:
- Assist in planning and organizing onboard events and activities.
- Ensure events run smoothly, managing logistics and guest participation.
**Communication**:
- Act as a liaison between guests and other departments (e.g., kitchen, housekeeping).
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
**Safety and Compliance**:
- Familiarize with emergency procedures and safety regulations.
- Ensure that guests are aware of safety protocols.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback.
- Assist with inventory management for supplies related to hospitality.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other crew members to enhance the guest experience.
- Participate in crew meetings and training sessions.
