**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fitting Activities**: Conduct fitting operations for 750 kVA transmission lines, focusing on non-electric, double circuit configurations.
- **Tower Erection**: Oversee and participate in the erection of transmission line towers, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- **Assembly and Installation**: Assemble and install components such as insulators, conductors, and other hardware according to engineering drawings and project requirements.
- **Quality Control**: Perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all fitted components. Identify and rectify any discrepancies or defects.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment. Promote a safety-first culture among the team.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on fitted components to ensure the longevity and efficiency of the transmission lines.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of fitting activities, inspections, and any modifications made during the course of the project.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in fitting and transmission line work will be an added advantage.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Fitter in the field of transmission line construction, with a focus on 750 kVA lines and double circuit configurations.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of transmission line fitting techniques.
- Proficiency in tower erection procedures.
- Familiarity with non-electric transmission line systems.
- Attention to detail and precision in assembly and installation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- **Location**: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Rajasthan, India.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
