KBR Plinke technologies support many different industry segments including: chemicals and fine chemicals, fertilizers, explosives, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, metallurgical, petroleum refining, and other industries.
KBR Plinke's activities range from the conceptual design of technology solutions for plant engineering, through basic and detail engineering, to the supply of proprietary equipment and subsequent commissioning.

As an Erection Advisor at KBR Plinke, you should have several years of experience with the erection of individual plant components up to an entire complex chemical plant. During erection, you will represent KBR Plinke to our customers. Your main duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Provide Advisory Services and Support to KBR Plinke clients during:
- Building check with respect to erection of special equipment
- Goods receipt control for delivered special equipment
- Erection of KBR Plinke proprietary equipment - especially equipment made of sensitive materials such as glass lined steel, glass etc.
- Possible modification of erection concept due to local conditions
- Develop project specific erection concepts as well as erection sequences
- Work closely with our engineering team during the engineering phase to provide feedback related to erection concept for the respective plants
- If required, you will:
- train the client’s erection personal on handling of special equipment
- support with KBR Plinke documentation
- Support during commissioning (optional)
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Completed studies or trainings in craft sector such as locksmith, fitter or metal worker
- Experience in erection of equipment/piping made of sensitive material (glass-lined steel, glass etc.)
- Experience in erection of chemical plants is preferrable but not mandatory.
- Experience with isometric drawings of piping is preferrable but not mandatory.
