- Attend ward rounds with consulting staff, as required, and be available to discuss patient treatment plans.
- Inform admitting consultants of changes in medical condition of patients and relevant action taken.
- Follow the instructions of consultants for their specific regime for each individual patient.

**(Original certificate should or submitted or must be ready to submit 2 month salary and should serve one month notice before receiving the originals back.)**
