**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze company’s business practices & Evaluate Company’s competition and its competitors.
- Conduct research on market trends of company’s services & how the company can improve in its service offerings through identification of opportunities for growth and diversification in the new sector.
- Bid for Tenders & acquire mandates
- Consult and Drive BER Team to achieve billable execution & realization of cash flows.
- Focus 100% on the bids to be submitted on time and acquire project to achieve the set target of business, thus achieve Individual Goal and Group Goal.
- Ensure that all opportunities are well qualified to achieve the business objectives.
- Ensure that all opportunities are accurately recorded and maintained to enable accurate monthly, quarterly and annual revenue forecasts.
- Build and promote a cohesive customer centric team with strong internal relationships.
- Work out business strategy to compete with the competitors and improve upon the same from time to time.
- Align business acquisition objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in company’s strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting.
- Achieve planned revenues, margin and related objectives.
- Manage business acquisition process which includes forecasting, revenue management, customer relationship development and collaboration with top Bureaucrats / Executives of various States and Central government departments / Clients.
- Strategize to implement a’XYKno’s ideas by getting first-hand information on various schemes of the government
- Implement and manage business acquisition process across the team to support growth.
- Accurately manage and predict the pipeline and present to top management.
- Drive high profile deals and own critical long term relationships as necessary.
- Ability to jump in and assist team in closing deals when necessary.
- Maintain key customer relationship, develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
- Drive evaluation of potential new and existing customers and needs; lead the team in a pro-active post acquisition approach with a focus on getting repeat mandates.
- Discuss amongst BAR team various pain-points on the presentation of ROR then and there and suggest corrective actions to ROR team for better utilization of tender process team.
- Adequately train the tender preparation team to get the bid ready well ahead of last date for on-time submission.
- Follow up meetings with the authorities / clients on a regular basis with timelines to achieve the projects till completion of the same
- Follow up with client for issue of LOA.
- Follow up with clients for payment receivables as per timelines of the work order.
- Develop new business models for the company
- Prepare recommendations based on research already carried out
- Analyze prevalent market conditions for company and clients
- Review and monitor Business Development strategies of the company
- Prepare presentations for potential clients
- Follow up meetings with clients - whether active or prospective ones
- Initiate strategies and plans for the company to reduce its losses and instead achieve increased profits
- Create strategies for repeat business from existing client’s
- Play an important role in implementing service that will meet customer’s needs
- Serve as company’s representation in promotional events
- Serves as company’s liaison with its personnel as it has to do with business potentials; opportunities, and problem resolution
- Generate leads through effective management.
- Ensure satisfaction of customers
- Design and develop services for client companies

**Eligibility**:

- Should have sound experience of Business Development for various projects such as Infrastructure, Rail, Ports, Roads & Highways, Metro, Urban Infrastructure, etc.
- Should have demonstrated leadership capabilities for leading a diverse team of professionals.
