**Requirements**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries from clients
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of service operations, including co ordination with vendors for materials and service support, preparing quotes, dispatching materials and customer service
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers
- Monitor service requests and ticketing system on daily basis.
- Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions
- Answer potential clients’ questions about products and services provided
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Preparing monthly reports

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
