We are seeking a CNC Operator with expertise in CNC operations, programming, plasma cutting, nesting, and drawing knowledge. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control machines to perform various machining tasks. You will work with precision equipment to produce high-quality products according to specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- **CNC Operations**: Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining tasks such as milling, turning, drilling, and grinding.
- **CNC Programming**: Develop and edit CNC programs using programming languages like G-code to control the operation of the machines.
- **Plasma Cutting**: Use plasma cutting machines to cut materials accurately and efficiently.
- **Nesting Knowledge**: Optimize material utilization by creating efficient nesting layouts.
- **Drawing Knowledge**:Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and other technical documents to ensure accurate machining.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure their optimal performance.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machines and handling materials.
- **Production Efficiency**:Work collaboratively with production teams to meet production targets and timelines.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve issues with machines and tools to minimise downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- **CNC Programming**:Proficiency in CNC programming languages, such as G-code.
- **Plasma Cutting**: Experience in operating plasma cutting machines is highly desirable.
- **Technical Skills**:Knowledge of reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- **Attention to Detail**:Ability to maintain high precision and accuracy in machining tasks.
- **Adaptability**:Ability to adapt to changing production requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- **Safety Consciousness**: Strong awareness of safety procedures and practices in a manufacturing setting.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.

**Salary**: ₹12,450.42 - ₹31,309.53 per month
