**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Introduce products and address inquiries.
- Maintain professionalism and achieve call targets.
- Document information accurately and update database.
- Collaborate with sales for appointment scheduling.
- Follow up to nurture relationships and meet goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and trends.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal communication in English.
- Handle calls professionally with empathy.
- Effective listening and problem-solving skills.
- Display confidence and basic computer literacy.
- Positive attitude in a team environment.
- Freshers welcome, prior experience a plus.
- Minimum graduation required; additional qualifications preferred.
