**DESIGNATION: ODOO Trainer**

We are currently in search of a skilled Odoo Tester/ trainee to join our team for a 3-month contract (with the possibility of extension). As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Odoo modules, thereby enhancing the overall success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the development team to ensure efficient task completion aligned with project requirements.
- Analyze business needs and processes, mapping them accurately to Odoo functionalities.
- Act as an Odoo consultant, providing guidance to employees on best practices and optimal solutions.
- Deliver comprehensive and professional documentation for development tasks and processes.
- Conduct thorough testing of developed modules and functions, maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
- Document configuration settings and offer guidelines for future changes or repairs.
- Willing to work-related travel as required by the company.

**Key Skills**:

- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Odoo or experience with ERP Software's like CRM, HRMS, Inventory..etc.
- Relevant experience in odoo crm/ odoo inventory/ odoo hrm/ odoo quality management
- Display intelligence, motivation, and a competitive spirit with a hands-on, solution-driven approach.
- Exhibit initiative, creativity, and dedication to achieving impactful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skilled

**Experience**:

- odoo: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ernakulam, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
