**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Business Development, targets and growth of the region towards Non Banking Products.
- Cross-selling of products with new and as well as with existing customers.
- Adhere to standardized branch guidelines & ensure availability of necessary infrastructure in branches.
- Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, Enhance and contribute in the growth of the company through Business Development.
- Maintain AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for the financial year i.e. to prepare and track product wise. Ensure Growth in NII (Net Interest Income) for branch.
- Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of full services of branch offices, including lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety.
- Achieve Sales volumes for multiple products, sourcing quality & underwriting diligence to meet sales targets while controlling discrepancies.
- Drive new management initiatives at the branches and guide the branches to improve performance thru’ Lead generation activities, retention of existing customers as well as new, moreover focusing on performance driven culture & simultaneously implement Rewards & Recognitions, Performance Improvement Plans.
- Conduct communication meetings at regular intervals from time to time.
- Shall execute duties from time to time in line with the Management directives & in conjunction through reporting hierarchies’ viz., Zonal Manager / Regional Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

- Mapuca, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
