We seek a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative
excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a tech-savvy mindset. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and contribute to the efficient functioning of our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the founder's calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and

other activities.
- Prepare/edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.

- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare briefing materials for meetings, presentations,

and projects.
- Act as a liaison between the founders and the internal departments/external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and requests.
- Manage financial reports and ensure accurate and timely submission.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear and concise

communications.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines

effectively.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges with composure.
