**Objective**:
To serve as the professional and welcoming face of our real estate company, providing exceptional customer service while
managing administrative tasks and contributing to a smooth workflow.
**Daily Responsibilities**:
- _**Visitor Management**:_
○ Greet visitors warmly and professionally, capturing their details in the visitor log.
○ Assign visitors to the appropriate sales executive or manager based on their needs and availability.
○ Issue visitor badges and ensure security protocols are followed.
○ Provide information and directions related to the office and facilities.
- _**Administrative Support**:_
○ Answer and route phone calls efficiently, taking accurate messages and directing queries.
○ Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring cleanliness and presentation.
○ Coordinate schedules and visits for meetings and appointments.
○ Perform basic data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- _**Reporting**_:
○ Generate daily reports on site visits and walk-ins.
○ Maintain accurate visitor logs and other relevant records.
○ Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, contributing to a collaborative and professional work
environment.**:
- Interpersonal Skills**:_
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with visitors and
colleagues.
○ Strong organisational and time management skills, to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
○ Professional demeanor and appearance, creating a positive first impression for the company.
○ Active listening and problem-solving skills, to address visitor inquiries and needs effectively.
○ Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

- Having an experience is using CRM.
