Lab Technician

**Role**:
Lab technicians are responsible for handling and analyzing samples, conducting experiments, and recording and interpreting data. They are proficient in using a wide range of laboratory equipment, instruments, and technologies relevant to their field, such as microscopes, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and automated analyzers. They are also familiar with various laboratory techniques and protocols, ensuring accuracy, precision, and safety in their work.

**Responsibilities**:
1)Sample collection and preparation: Lab technicians collect, label, and prepare samples for analysis. They follow specific protocols and ensure proper handling and storage of samples to maintain their integrity.

2)Testing and analysis: Lab technicians perform various tests, experiments, and analyses on samples using specialized equipment and techniques. They may conduct chemical, biological, or physical tests to identify substances, measure concentrations, or determine specific properties.

3)Data recording and analysis: Lab technicians accurately record and organize data and observations from experiments and tests. They may use computer software and databases to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and create visual representations of results.

4)Equipment maintenance: Lab technicians are responsible for calibrating, cleaning, and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning and accuracy. They may also troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs

5)Collaboration and communication: Lab technicians often collaborate with scientists, researchers, and other laboratory staff. They may assist in the design of experiments.

**Qualification : MLT / DMLT with 4 to 5 years experience**

**Salary : 25,000/- to 35,000/- per month**

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
