Foundry Melting Supervisor

We are Looking for Foundry Melting Supervisor knowledge of CI & SG Iron Casting Education - Any Degree, Total Experience - 5 to 10 yrs in Foundry, location belgaum karnataka

1) Planning & executing operations like Induction Melting; Charge calculation, melt composition adjustment. Responsible for metal treatment, pouring. MoldingCollecting daily samples, analyzing, and reporting to provided recommendations/adjustments to the process/system.I

2) you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of charge preparation, melting, Spectro sample analysis, final alloy addition, bottom pour ladle preparation, temperature control, tapping, pouring, incoming scrap inspection, furnace & ladle lining, patching & sintering processes, and scrap processing

3) Planning the production (furnace wise) as per the discussion held with moulding dept., Taking the production as per the work instruction and procedures. Minimize power consumption of furnace. Have responsibility for all maintenance, quality control, correlation studies and method validation on all instruments and procedures within the division.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
