**GM - Marketing (Building & Bridge Division)**

**Designation: GM Marketing**

Travel required: Minimal

Level: Mid Management

Department: Marketing Department

Job Purpose
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies for Building Division products, focusing on building expansion joints
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and industry associations.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, including ROI, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Forge new business partnerships to look for development and growth prospects
- Collaborate with government agencies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to promote the company's interests and advocate for industry development.
- Develop and implement team goals, objectives, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company objective

**Required Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on building materials, construction, or a related industry. Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
