We are looking for a passionate and experienced Education Counselor to guide potential students in selecting the right programs based on their career goals and interests.

**Job Overview**:
The Education Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students, professionals, and individuals interested in our software training programs. You will help them understand course offerings, eligibility, career prospects, and provide assistance throughout the admission process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**: Provide comprehensive counseling services to students regarding course offerings, prerequisites, learning paths, and career opportunities in the software industry.
- **Program Guidance**: Understand the individual needs and career objectives of prospective students and guide them in selecting appropriate software courses.
- **Career Guidance**: Offer insights on industry trends, job market opportunities, and career growth after course completion.
- **Event Participation**: Participate in career fairs, workshops, webinars, and seminars to promote the institute and its programs.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to align counseling efforts with the institute’s goals.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of counseling interactions and provide regular updates on progress and admissions data.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience or fresher in educational counseling or a similar role, preferably in a training or academic institution.
- Knowledge of software training programs and the tech industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle student inquiries efficiently and provide timely follow-ups.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
