We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative Metal cutting solutions to prospective customers in Gurgaon & around industrial area. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to project implementation.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Actively engage with prospective customers to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.

Present and demonstrate our products and solutions to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and pricing strategies that align with customer needs.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Conduct product training sessions for customers to enhance their understanding and usage of our solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex products and solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend industry events as required.

We are located on premium Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon with a Branch office in
**Ahmedabad (GJ) **and **Rudrapur (UK)**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
