Qc Incharge

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinates activities of Supervisor and workers engaged in inspecting incoming materials, in-process product, and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications: Develop work instructions and writes inspection procedure for each item to be fabricated, indicating areas to be examined, measuring devices to be used, and maximum and minimum acceptable dimensions.
- Distributes working standards and procedure to engineering, production control, and inspection workstations.
- Inspect product following the running production, using measurement and appearance/visual check, and advises technicians of type of defects noted and need for machine adjustment.
- Ensure inspection procedure until the product meets quality standards and specifications are attained.
- Confers with customer representative to resolve complaints.
- Notifies suppliers and subcontractors of reasons for rejection of materials and parts received.
- Performs other duties as described under quality management standards and food safety standards.
- Test current products, raw material and identifying deficiencies
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
- Ensures employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices
- Ensures and educates employees on food safety standards
- Follow the guidelines of BRC, QMS and all require standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Kutch, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
