**Key Responsibilities**:
**For Assistant Professor**:

- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Physiology.
- Supervise and mentor students in practical sessions, research projects, and academic activities.
- Participate in curriculum development, assessment, and program evaluation.
- Engage in scholarly activities, including research projects, publications, and presentations.
- Contribute to departmental meetings, committees, and administrative tasks as required.

**For Associate Professor**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum enhancements and teaching methodologies.
- Lead lectures, seminars, and workshops for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Mentor and supervise junior faculty members, residents, and students in research endeavors.
- Conduct research projects, secure funding, and publish scholarly articles in reputable journals.
- Provide academic and administrative leadership within the department.

**Requirements**:

- MD/MS or equivalent degree in Physiology from a recognized institution.
- For Assistant Professor: Demonstrated teaching experience in Physiology at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
- For Associate Professor: Significant teaching experience with a distinguished academic record and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to academic excellence, student-centered learning, and professional development.
- Registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
