**Job Description: Multi Tasker - Administrative Business Development Executive at Monk Mantra**

**Location**: Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka, India

**Position Overview**:
We are on the lookout for a passionate and self-driven Administrative Business Development Executive who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is tailor-made for individuals who exhibit a blend of administrative prowess and business development acumen.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Development**:

- Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's market presence and client base.
- Lead and manage client outreach and engage in negotiations to secure profitable business deals.

**2. Content Management**:

- Curate, organize, and oversee content across multiple platforms to ensure brand consistency and engagement.

**3. Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative tasks ensuring seamless operations within the office.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

**4. Leadership and People Management**:

- Foster a positive working environment, lead teams effectively, and ensure tasks are delegated and executed timely and efficiently.
- Handle performance management to ensure team members achieve their key result areas and meet targets.

**5. Decision Making & Follow-ups**:

- Make informed decisions that align with company goals and ensure consistency in operations.
- Regularly follow up on projects, tasks, and business leads to ensure timely completion and conversion.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or a role demanding a similar skill set.
- Proven track record in project management, leadership, and business development.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong capability in content management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for convincing and influencing people.
- Proficient decision-making abilities.
- Adept at following up on tasks and initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Proficient in performance management and reviews.
- Solid grasp on project management.

**Compensation**:
Annual compensation ranging between 3-6 LPA, commensurate with experience and expertise.

**Position Type**:
Full-time
