**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Preparation**: Generate and process accurate invoices for goods or services rendered to clients based on provided documentation and billing schedules.
- **Billing Data Entry**: Enter billing information into the system accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring completeness and correctness of all details.
- **Billing Verification**: Verify billing data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- **Billing Documentation**: Maintain organized and up-to-date billing documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and billing records.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment reminders in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and distribute regular billing reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- **Account Reconciliation**: Reconcile billing records with accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- **Assistance to Finance Team**: Provide support to the finance team as needed, including participating in audits and special projects.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in accounting or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with billing software or accounting systems.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
