**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:To improve customer satisfaction and fulfill the goals set by the company through diligence, integrity, and dynamic marketing strategies. Conduct the necessary backup support for the sales team to help optimize their efficiency and enable them to stay focused on creating new business and increase current business. To handle smoothly domestic order processing & dispatch.

**KEY TASKS**:

- Co-ordination with Customers & Marketing Team & other depatments in organization.
- Sales Order Management for Domestic dispatch.
- Responsible for handling smoothly domestic dispatch process
- To handle whole back-end operations work.
- keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- handling sales team queries & give solutions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints, action taken.
- Handling customer complaints

- ISO 9001:2008
- Special Assignment given by Customer Service Manager

**QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCES / KNOWLEDGE**:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 2-3 years of experince require in similar type of profile
- Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
- Work experience of CRM.

**LANGUAGE**:

- Required writing, reading and speaking language(s): English, Hindi and Guajarati

**FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES**:
**1. Co-ordination with customer & Marketing team**
- Communicating with regional sales team/customers for status of order and position of sales
- Handling Back Office Sales support Operations
- Solving Sales Persons and Dealers queries
- Preparing proposals
- Updating of Sales order track sheet

**2. Order Management**
- Preparing Sales order in SAP, communicate to production & dispatch department.
- Obtain delivery confirmation from Production and send Order Confirmation to the customer & concerned sales person.
- Process orders in CRM for production, tracking orders in CRM
- Timely order processing
- To plan transportation of orders
- Notify customers in case of changes in dispatching schedules
- Communicate to customers the order status

**3. Reports**
- Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports & ISO reports
- Maintaining commission statement and sales register
- Maintaing Outstanding & C forms reports

**4. CRM**
- Maintain customer relations by sending feedback forms, greetings etc.
- After sales service such as planning repair tours and intimating customers
- Communicate customer voice to Sales and Production
- Respond to Domestic Enquiries or divert to the responsible sales manager
- Dispatch of marketing Brouchures / calender & banners
- Organise and send Greeting
- & Invitation cards to Customers on appropriate occations

**5. Reporting and ISO 9001:2008 compliance**
- Weekly reporting to the Customer Service manager on important issues
- Create intra and inter department reporting system for better communication
- Prepare and maintain documentations as per ISO 9001:2008
- Compliance to the ISO 9001:2008 audit requirement
