Traffic Control Room Operator with Data Center

**Roles and responsibilities**:
System Monitoring:
1. Monitor and manage the operation of Adaptive traffic control systems and collaborate with emergency services personnel to ensure coordinated responses to incidents and timely dissemination of information to the public.
2. Observe the operation status of servers and ensuring their proper functioning.
3. Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks on server and software. Report and escalate any technical issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
4. Regularly check error logs of each server and promptly escalate issues.
5. System setting and System error handling

Incident Reporting:
1. Prepare comprehensive incident reports, including descriptions of incidents, response measures, and resolutions.
2. Notify the team promptly about any system or equipment-related incidents and their subsequent resolutions.

3. Employee need to be communicate with Government officials of various departments.

Maintenance Coordination:
1. Liaise with the Maintenance Team O&M (Operations & Maintenance) to request responses and assistance in cases of system failures or accidents.
2. Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of issues and return to normal operations.

Reporting and Documentation:
1. Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing the activities to the client.
2. Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions taken, and system performance.
3. Calculate quarterly Availability metrics based on incident reports, contributing to performance assessment.

Inventory Management:
1. Conduct periodic comparisons of inventory and spare parts, ensuring that necessary components are readily available for maintenance and repair tasks.
2. Collaborate with the maintenance team to establish a supplementary plan for spare parts procurement.

**Skills required**:
Basic knowledge in system administration and Networking troubleshooting, Strong Microsoft office skills, Strong communication skills in English and KannadaFamiliar with Data center management, server maintenance and Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to control room operations.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions in real-time situations.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.

Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year
