Bim Instructor

**Position Overview**

A BIM (Building Information Modelling) Instructor is responsible for teaching and training individuals or groups in the effective use of BIM software and methodologies. They deliver courses, workshops, and training programs to students, professionals, or employees in various industries such as architecture, engineering, construction, and facility management. The BIM Instructor plays a crucial role in imparting practical knowledge and skills required for successful implementation and utilization of BIM technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, presentations, and hands-on exercises to facilitate learning.
- Guide and mentor students or trainees in practical projects, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Demonstrate best practices, industry standards, and real-world examples to enhance understanding.
- Collaborate with industry professionals, organizations, or institutions to ensure the training content aligns with industry standards and requirements.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, or guest lectures featuring guest speakers from the industry to provide real-world insights.
- Stay connected with professional networks and attend relevant conferences or events to stay updated with industry practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar.
- Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, processes, and workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to learners.
- Patience and ability to work with diverse groups of learners, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
- Problem-solving skills to assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with new BIM technologies and industry trends.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
