**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct farm visits and assessments to understand the unique needs and challenges of our clients.
- Provide expert advice on crop management, soil health, pest control, and other agricultural practices.
- Develop customized agronomic plans tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
- Collaborate with internal teams to research and implement innovative agricultural technologies and practices.
- Deliver educational workshops and training sessions for farmers on best agricultural practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the agricultural industry to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on farm assessments, recommendations, and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field.
- Strong passion for agriculture and a desire to make a positive impact in the industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Knowledge of agricultural software and technology is a plus.
- Previous internship or work experience in agriculture is desirable but not required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
